  Qualifications: 
  1. Excellent communications skill,planning and organizational abilities.
  2. Available for business trips as per project requirements.  
  3. Thorough understanding of regional solar energy policies and regulations  
  4. Minimum associate degree (Bachelor's preferred)  
  5. 1+ years of direct sales experience (renewable energy sector preferred)  
  
  Responsibilities:  
  1. Execute regional sales strategies to meet/exceed sales quotas, collection targets and customer acquisition KPIs.  
  2. Provide technical solutions by leveraging product knowledge to address client requirements.  
  3. Maintain expert-level understanding of product specifications and corporate pricing structures.  
  4. Manage customer complaints with timely resolution and proper escalation procedures.  
  5. Cultivate long-term client relationships through end-to-end account management.  
  6. Draft commercial contracts and coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure fulfillment.

  1. Conduct product promotion and sales in designated regions to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.  
  2. Analyze market information and trends to support sales strategy adjustments.  
  3. Execute sales contracts and monitor shipment progress.  
  4. Follow up on payment collections according to contract terms.  
  5.  Maintain client relationships and promptly address customer complaints.  
  6. Participate in relevant activities including international exhibitions, business trips, corporate events, and translation/promotional activities.
